Women and Child Health-

Malnutrition is a challenge for many states of India. Madhya Pradesh is also a part of it. It is the focus area for illumination. Malnutrition is the cause of hunger poverty, whose direct effect affects women and child health. In the absence of nutritious food and children are victims of anemia. Access to government health services requires community participation. The organization has launched the National Rural Health Service for rural tribal women and children to reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality through health-related training with its program. Health Sakhi and community based organizations were held accountable for the correct implementation and access to services provided by Anganwadi to reduce malnutrition and 73 boys and girls from 2013 to 2019 were admitted in the NRC and made nurturing villages free from malnutrition under our campaign. Through this, 207 girls and 163 boys were marked in the yellow grate and after communicating with the District Collector, ensured the morning breakfast available from the Anganwadi, 2500 women farmers prepared the kitchen garden and prepared fresh green nutritious food. Vegetables are used in their food, due to which malnutrition, child mortality and maternal mortality have decreased.
