Improving the Quality of Education (2019–2020)

An intensive quality improvement program was implemented for two years for 4,500 primary school children in 40 villages of the extremely backward Bhimpur block of Betul district:
• Training of SMC members.
• Continuous monitoring of children's regular attendance.
• By the organization's Village Educator Volunteers: 2 hours of daily academic support in village/ Mohalla classes (tuition model).

• Significant increase in girls' enrolment and regularity.
• Reduction in child labour and dropouts.
• Positive attitude towards education, especially girls' education, in the community.
• Strong coordination between school, community, and administration.
• Development of confidence and leadership skills in first-generation educated girls.
